-	Continually evaluates risk of operational activities and processes, including site locations, development of mitigation strategies for identified risks, ensuring practical and cost effective use of existing assets, identification of additional 3rd party support (where required), reviewing, selecting, managing and supporting deployment of agreed security services, ensuring effective operational support; 
-	Provide guidance and direction on security matters, deliver efficient briefings, training and awareness programs, including inductions, providing mitigating action, managing and resolving situations, development, implementation, tests and evaluates contingency plans, run investigation of incidents and individuals that cause harm, damage or loss, and conducts background checks as part of due diligence process. 
-	Deals with disciplinary matters pertaining to security personnel and subordinates, ensuring the issuance, maintenance and correct wearing of issued uniform and personal protection equipment (PPE), and carries out regular inspections of security staff in line with SOP standards.
