-	Responsible for the management of the country (Angola) security programs, to maintain the security strategies and standards, to ensure the protection of people, assets and information, as well as the reputation of the Company (+3000 Security Officers);
-	Responsible for definition of the country risk security profile, aligning effective protocols and procedures, assets and manning, managing, coordinating and directing operational security support and services;
-	Responsible for implementation of emergency response programs, liaising with support services, ensuring supporting training, testing and evaluation;
-	Execution of regular reporting of risk analysis, tracking, assessments, incidents, investigations and deficiencies to the General Management;
-	Provide leadership and guidance in all security related concerns, as well supporting company business to assure service provision without loss or delay;
-	Execution of the annual budget forecast, controlling and reporting monthly expenditure, maintaining budgetary constraints;
-	Adheres to and imposes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), develops, maintains and delivers effective processes and protocols, ensure compliance with local and international law, including human rights, implements and enforces company policy and contractual obligations; 
-	Ensures the development, maintenance, provision and archiving of all security reports, collates and secures sensitive company information, control access, reproduction, dissemination, storage and destruction of confidential company and client information, mantain records and reports on travel and security routines, actions and attendance;
-	Continually evaluates risk of operational activities and processes, including site locations, development of mitigation strategies for identified risks, ensuring practical and cost effective use of existing assets, identification of additional 3rd party support (where required), reviewing, selecting, managing and supporting deployment of agreed security services, ensuring effective operational support; 
-	Provide guidance and direction on security matters, deliver efficient briefings, training and awareness programs, including inductions, providing mitigating action, managing and resolving situations, development, implementation, tests and evaluates contingency plans, run investigation of incidents and individuals that cause harm, damage or loss, and conducts background checks as part of due diligence process. 
-	Deals with disciplinary matters pertaining to security personnel and subordinates, ensuring the issuance, maintenance and correct wearing of issued uniform and personal protection equipment (PPE), and carries out regular inspections of security staff in line with SOP standards.

-	Lead the day to day security operations, including threat management, alarm response, special event management, develop and oversee standard operating procedures for designs, configuration and implementation of physical security systems;
-	Manager of the security regional directors across multiple locations through Angola and provide them support, identify and managing emerging threats and security incidents, working jointly with the various teams to develop and implement security awareness programs;
-	Assist in conducting of security risk assessments and surveys, conduct security audits and manage gaps to closure, maintaining situational awareness of the area of responsibility, conduct investigations, audits, special event coordination and other safety, security or business continuity efforts as business conditions warrant;
-	Managing access control processes and provide necessary equipment, interface regularly with security intermediate teams, leading, planning and execution of security Service Level Agreements/ Key Performance Indicators, capacity, and workflow plans for single /multiple functional areas in one or more sites under direct responsability;
-	Coordination of the Middle Management teams and Regional Directors of the Delegations, compliance of the surveillance team, rosters, general statement of hours.
-	Monitoring and attracting new Clients, implementation of quality, safety, environment and occupational health, responsible for Internal training for Security Guards (+ 3000) in fire brigades, GPS systems, CCTV, extinguishers and HSE;
-	Running monthly reports to law enforcement authorities, Security Operations Director, and direct responsibility in guarantees the bidirectional communications in the company/Clients.

-	Business Development Manager of the Regional Delegation North/Center (Portugal);
-	Responsable for the leadership, mentorship and support to operations team, ensuring effective use of all resources, including people and assets, enabling the North/Center region, to achieve and exceed performance objectives; 
-	Responsable to ansure that agreed organisational policies and practices are applied consistently throughout the regional operation, thereby ensuring that the business is not exposed to excessive operational or security risk;
-	Developing and achieve outstanding quality and customer service in the North/Center region, maintaining a positive customer experience when interfacing with the company and agreed quality and service standards to satisfy customer expectations; 
-	Responsable for managing the performance and development of Operations Team, ensuring that agreed Development Plans are in place to enable individuals to realise their potential and achieve challenging targets, developing a management succession plan for the region, as part of the Business Unit Succession Plan framework, to ensure that talented people are identified and high performing managers and staff have an opportunity to develop their career; 
-	Develop and ensure the creation of an environment of positive and favourable employee relations where change and business decisions can be introduced constructively and consistently both to and through operations plans.

-	Developing an understanding of the security business, market and industry trends, in a daily basis, provide “wise counsel” on issues raised by owner/directors and management teams, providing unbiased insights and ideas from a third point-of-view;
-	Encourage and support the exploration of new security business ideas, acting as a resource for the executives, providing social networking platform for directors and the company, encouraging them to the development of a governance framework that enable sustainable growth of the company, monitoring the business performance “as a all” and impose challenges to directors and management that could improve the business;
-	Responsable to offer advices to the directors and management teams, insights and best operational practices, observing at a distance from the daily operations, helping to see the operations afresh with an open mind, actively monitoring the performance of the business to improve business and subsequently challenge the management and directors to consider options for the same.

-	Contribute to the security implementation of SOP, with the project management team and others providers and be a key point of contact for the project;
-	Manage security personel before, during and after the event plan, including activities, schedules, and quality assurance of deliverables, designing and implement operational processes and understand business impact of security decisions during all the event;
-	Responsable to resolve issues in a fast, efficient, and customer friendly manner and analyse, review and validate functional requirements, system features, integration requirements, security requirements, scalability and performance requirements, and also serve as the customer liaison between departments and others providers, where required;
-	Coordination of International Athletics Events in Oporto;

-	Coordination of the surveillance team with 100 security officers, rosters, hours and map general statement of hours in two Shopping Center with 300 stores (Norte Shopping and Viacatarina);
