- Receber e responder a consultas de clientes por telefone, e-mail, chat ou outros canais de comunicação.
- Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e oferecer soluções personalizadas.
- Apresentar e promover produtos ou serviços aos clientes com base nas suas necessidades e preferências.
- Manter registos precisos de todas as interações com os clientes.
- Colaborar com outros membros da equipa de vendas e departamentos relevantes para garantir a satisfação do cliente.
Requisitos.
- Experiência em vendas.
- Habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
- Capacidade de construir relacionamentos com os clientes e entender as suas necessidades.
