Our client, a multinational financial service corporation, is seeking a friendly and efficient German Customer Support Agent to provide top-notch service to their clients. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues and questions via emails and inbound calls, including urgent situations. You will need to multitask numerous tasks during the day, research information, and troubleshoot problems using available resources. You will work proactively and independently to reach targets and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers as the first point of contact
- Resolve customer issues and questions via emails and inbound calls, including urgent situations
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately
- Multitask numerous tasks during the day
- Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources
- Work proactively and independently to reach targets and goals
Requirements:
- Proficient in German (C2)
- Advanced level of English (C2)
- Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
- Able to pick up new technology quickly
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Package
- For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
