American IT company. Its flagship product is their search engine, and its declared mission - 'to organize the world's information resources so that they become widely available and useful for everyone.” We are looking for Dutch speaking employees for our team in Lisbon to support our customers.
Project starts 15.11.2023 !
Your tasks:
- Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, social messaging channels (as assigned)
- Ability to adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews)channels.
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
- Respond to inbound customer requests , document relevant case information
Our expectations:
- EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal
- You speak native Dutch (C2)
- You speak English (B2)
- You are living in Lisbon or ready to move there
- You like interacting with people
We offer:
- Full time employment [Shedules: Monday to Friday – 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday to Sunday – 8 am to 5 pm (40h per week)]
- Work in the company office in Lisbon – Oriente
- Permanent contract with 3 months of trial period
- Online hiring proces
- Competetive salary and bonus system: 1100€ gross x 14 months up to 120€ performance bonus/month + signing bonus: 2000€ (additional 500€ paid after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months)
- Meal allowance23 € NET per day
- Flight ticket reimbursement after 6 months
- Possibility of accommodation in a company - owned apartment
- Free Health Insurance after 6 months
