- Investigating the root cause of the problem related to generating reports and fixing it.
- Potentially diagnosing and fixing any server or database connectivity problems.
Ideal skills for this job include.
- Previous experience with iOS and Android app development - Strong understanding of mobile app architecture - Proficiency in troubleshooting issues, especially those related to server and database connectivity - Familiarity with user interface design and functionality I am currently unsure whether the problem is related to server or database, so a good approach to troubleshooting is essential.
