Tasks Full control of the whole customer sales cycle.
Liaise with other teams to maximise your chance of success Become proficient with our CRM to manage your pipeline analyse data export reports and build actionable and datadriven plans Explore new opportunities for the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion rate Become an expert on our portfolio of housing and services Learn how to work with activity and output targets to ensure your and your teams success Requirements Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
Fullworking proficiency in English and German is required Portuguese Italian or Spanish is a plus.
Some international background through work and/or study abroad is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in navigating social media platforms.
Customerfocused mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.
Selfaccountable and able to work independently without wellworn paths or established protocols.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and comfortably in a fastpaced environment.
