We are recruiting a Content Moderator (m/f/d) for the German market, for one of the largest social media platforms.
Your day to day:
• Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
• Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
• Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
Requisitos do trabalho
Who we are looking for:
• Strong customer service orientation skills
• Fluent/Native German
• English B2 level (minimum
• Availability to work on-site in Porto
• Availability for rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday - (night shifts included) (2 days off)
