Support is provided via incoming calls chat and email in German.
Your tasks.
Processing customer inquiries in German; Customer contact via telephone chat and email; Processing inquiries from corporate customers (B2B); Assistance with questions about programs such as Acrobat Reader Captivate Creative Cloud Dreamweaver Framemaker InDesign Photoshop Presenter and much more.
Technical troubleshooting; Customer Account Management.

What you need.
Fluency in German (must be at least C1) Communicative level of English (at least B2) Ability to communicate clearly and effectively What you will gain.
