Your Role:
You will be responsible for handling inquiries from small and medium-sized businesses via phone, email, and live chat.
Engage in outbound callbacks and proactively assist customers who previously contacted Facebook customer service via other channels.
Provide support to customers who have purchased services on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Resolve payment and billing issues efficiently and professionally.
Utilize our extensive knowledge base to find independent solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Fluency in German (C1 level)
Proficient in English (B2 level)
Excellent communication skills
What We Offer:
Full-time contract with 40 hours per week, allowing for work-life balance.
Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, ensuring a variety of schedules.
Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment after 2 years (or 1 renewal).

Competitive salary of €1398 gross per month plus a €100 performance bonus.
