About the company:
Our client is a worlds leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support and content moderation.
We are hiring talents to join our team supporting clients, with responsibilities such as:
Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
Answering how-to questions about payments, invoices and other services
Troubleshooting technical issues using your problem-solving skills
Assisting customers with product functionalities
Potential candidates should have proficient knowledge of Dutch and good level of English. The position also requires good communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
Full-time contract with 40 hours per week, allowing for work-life balance.
Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, ensuring a variety of schedules.
Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment after 2 years (or 1 renewal).

Competitive salary of €1250 gross per month
