Position Description.
Stellenbeschreibung Innerhalb der CGI bietet die Service Organisation Global Technology Operations (GTO) ein umfassendes end-to-end Portfolio von Digital Workplace Services, Cloud Services und vielem mehr an, um unsere Kunden optimal bei ihrer digitalen Transformation zu unterstützen.
Im Bereich Digital Workplace Services bist du Teil unseres Customer Services-Team.
Hier erwarten dich vielfältige Aufgaben rund um die Themen Client Strukturen, Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management sowie in der technischen Ausführung von IMAC-Aufträgen (Installation, Move, Add und Change) für unsere externen Kunden verschiedenster Branchen.
Aufgaben • Aktive Kundenkommunikation und -betreuung bzgl.
technischer Anforderungen und Problemstellungen • Eigenständige und zeitnahe An- & Aufnahme von Störungen via Telefon und E-Mail sowie deren Priorisierung und Kategorisierung • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation der Störungen in unseren Ticketsystemen • Fehleranalyse und ggf.
Erstlösung bzw.
Weiterleitung der gemeldeten Probleme an nachgelagerte Bereiche • Unterstützung der IT-Anwender im Hardware- und Softwareumfeld • Einarbeitung in neue Technologien und deren gemeinschaftliche Umsetzung in die Praxis • Aktive Mitarbeit in spannenden Kundenprojekten unterschiedlichster Branchen, gelegentlich auch vor Ort an anderen CGI-Lokationen (bundesweit) Qualifikation • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation vorteilhaft; Quereinstieg für Personen mit hohem Interesse an Technik und IT-Affinität ebenfalls möglich • Erste Kenntnisse im Hard- und Softwarebereich im Client- und Serverstrukturumfeld • Praxiserfahrung in Anwendung und/oder Implementierung von Standardsoftware im Microsoft-Umfeld, MCSE oder MCDST Zertifikat wünschenswert • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie zielorientierter und professioneller Umgang mit neuen Aufgaben- und Problemstellungen • Kommunikationsstärke • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen und für eventuelle Schichtarbeit sowie Teilnahme an einer Rufbereitschaft Hinweis.
Für den Einsatz in manchen Projekten im Service Desk ist das Vorlegen eines eintragsfreien Führungszeugnisses vor Vertragsabschluss zwingend notwendig.
