No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!
What you will be doing:
Supporting Arabic speaking users by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) both in Arabic and English;
Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
Provide product and tool support to improve clients experience;
Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic (must be C1+)
Communicative level of English language (B2+)
Portuguese residency / work permit in Portugal
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
We do NOT require previous experience
What we offer:
Base salary: 1033 euros gross with accommodation
1112 euros without accommodation
RELOCATION package for candidates from abroad
CONTRACT:
Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
