Payment Processing Prepare and process weekly payment runs.
Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
Vendor Management Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies Candidate qualifications.
Speak German and English at a B2 level Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Experience.
2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Communication Skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
