Your tasks
- Customer contact by phone and email;
- Assisting with questions regarding company products;
- Possible malfunctions and alarm messages of the device;
- Handling and settings of the device;
- Assistance with ordering and shipping;
- Ordering of the device, but not the active ingredient;
- Orders based on medical prescriptions;
- Orders for test or demo kits.
- Resolving questions regarding payment transactions.
- Please note that for this work position both good German and English, in both oral and written oral as well as written is a prerequisite.
Contract type
- Fixed-term, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of 12 months (6 months contract on request of the candidate is possible)
- Subsequent extension for a further 12 months
- Possibility of permanent employment after 24 months
- Private health insurance from the signature of the employment contract
