Responsabilits.
Rsoudre les demandes dassistance technique et dpanner la plateforme de marketing en ligne dans un environnement B2B; Utiliser votre jugement pour dfinir des solutions aux clients et adapter les processus existants pour crer des solutions alternatives; Utiliser des comptences de base en codage et dbogage pour lanalyse des problmes; Comprendre les objectifs commerciaux des clients et les soutenir via un systme de chat en fournissant des solutions de manire rapide et efficace; Atteindre une satisfaction client leve en mettant laccent sur la qualit et les rsultats.
Exigences.
Exprience pralable dans le support technique de prfrence dans un environnement B2B; Excellentes comptences en communication et en rsolution de problmes; Matrise de langlais niveau B2 minimum; Capacit travailler dans un environnement rapide et dynamique.
