Customer Advisors (m/f/x) | ON-SITE LISBON - PORTUGAL | French Speaker [REF: CA.FR]
This is an on-site job, with a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday, and the possibility to work in a diverse environment with people from over 75 nationalities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners’ products and services by incoming calls or emails.
- Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process them accordingly.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
- Indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.
- Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction
Requisitos do trabalho
GLOBAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Having previous customer experience is a plus.
- Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance.
- Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
- Are non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
