Listening to customers questions and concerns providing the best possible answers and solutions Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (Troubleshooting regarding orders deliveries payments and returns) Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the fashion product information Answer delivery questions like.
