Responsabilidades - Desempenhar um serviço de excelência ao cliente com base no amplo conhecimento de serviços financeiros, administrativos e operacionais entregues nos diferentes contratos; - Acompanhar e dar apoio à área financeira; - Gerir tempos de pagamentos de faturas e manter o contacto contínuo com os clientes para agilizar pagamentos; - Efetuar reuniões com os clientes de modo a atender às necessidades dos mesmos; - Proceder à emissão de ordens de compra, aquando necessário; - Garantir o cumprimentos de politicas e procedimentos internos para execução da facturação mensal; - Controlar os gastos gerais de empregados; - Coordenar e gerir os documentos de acordo com a lei e procedimentos do cliente; - Verificar e gerir relatórios de acordo com QHSE.
Requisitos - Habilitações escolares ao nível do 12º ano; - Experiência, no mínimo de 2 anos, em funções similares; - Fluência em Inglês (oral e escrita) num nível intermédio; - Conhecimentos de Espanhol (preferencial); - Disponibilidade para realização de horário diurno, de 2ª a 6ª feira; - Gosto por números e atenção ao detalhe.
