Full-Time Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish)** Thank you for taking the time to read through this job description.

**Compensation:** Please submit your bids based on a monthly salary.
Payments will be made weekly, as the month will be segmented into weekly milestones.

**Job Requirements:** This role demands a full-time commitment of 8 hours per day, with an additional 1-hour break, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
During these hours, your focus must solely be on your duties with us; multi-tasking with other projects is not permitted.
We require 100% dedication during work hours—what you do outside these hours is your choice.

**Job Role and Skills:** The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English (conversational proficiency is acceptable) and Spanish (native level).
You should have a solid background in customer service and be capable of.
- Collaborating effectively with teams.
- Operating in a high-paced environment.
- Managing communication across various platforms like phone, email, and text.
- Handling social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and - LinkedIn engaging with potential affiliates that will drive sales through affiliate relations which you will also be compensated for in commissions if your affiliate network drives deals our way - Tracking and managing leads.
- Performing credit repair analysis; prior experience in financial services is highly desirable but not a deal breaker - Organizing daily schedules, setting appointments, and managing calendars.
**Additional Incentives:** Aside from the base pay, we are open to offering commission for deals generated through your efforts in social media outreach and affiliate networking.
