Work Place : Lisbon
What you will be doing:
Assure a first line support and contact to customers;
Assist with customers complaints in line with the current business procedures;
Deliver a high level of customer service, communicating effectively at all times.
Requirements:
Fluency in Afrikaan (written and spoken);
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer:
Working hours: Full time contract (40h per week = 5 working days; 8h a day)
Monday to Sunday - Rotating Shifts
Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES:
Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration;
