What you'll be doing at Webhelp As a German -Speaking Advisor for World's Best Search Engine, you will.
Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned) Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets We'll be a great match if you.
Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2) Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues Keep up with the latest IT and tech-related trends Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player If you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
