I worked at Tech Support team with this position: Enterprise Technical Support, Senior Analyst, working in the following activities:

-	Identifying problems effectively using advanced troubleshooting skills and always working towards the best customer experience, with strong knowledge on DAS, NAS and SAN Storages;
-	Support for these products: Dell Equallogic , Dell PowerVault MD, Dell Library and deep knowledge of Dell SC Compellent products;
-	Strong experience in supporting critical environments, fixing problems and always providing the best possible solution.

In the Project and Support area  with the function: Backup Analyst, I participated in two projects inside Getnet client:

-	Performing migration of HP Data Protector clients to TSM Server on the AIX, Linux and Windows platforms of the environments: SAP, SQL, Oracle, MongoDB and MySQL;
-	Managing and supporting Getnet's backup environment: Virtual Tape Library, DataDomain, Scality and Library TS3500;
-	Active participation in the largest Migration project of the new Data Center in Campinas / SP, performing as Infrastructure Analyst: Planning, execution of the activities of migration and updating of the clients for all the production park and not Production using TSM;
-	Planning and execution of control-m jobs;
-	Execution of actions in Vcenter, such as: creation, configuration, replication and execution of Troubleshooting for the Linux and Windows servers;
-	Identification of involved teams in the affinities designated to migrate and clarify project objectives;
-	Identification of points that could impact the migration of affinities; Elaboration of scope of actions of migration; Definition of technical roles and responsibilities;
-	Alignment of communication with the necessary areas before, during and after completion in order to mitigate any possibility of risk; and alignments of scope or time frame changes;
-	Delivery for each affinity migrated to the topology of the environment obtaining acceptance of the conclusions of the migrations

I worked in Support and Projects  area in this position: Storage Analyst; I became the Technical Team Leader, performing, among others, these following activities in Portuguese and English:

-	Performing backups, restoring files, triggering teams to mount tapes, correcting backup failures and Jobs;
-	Participation in conference calls in English;
- Daily shift checklist with part of the India team;
  - Storage environment administration of Electrolux Brazil \ Argentina and Chile containing IBM family storages: Blade S, DS4800, DS3500, DS3300, V7000, V3700 and DELL: Equalogic and Brocade SAN 48 B switches;
-  Backup environment administration of of Electrolux Brazil \ Argentina \ Chile client containing these backup tools: IBM: TSM, Symantec: Backup Exec 2012 and 2014 and Commvault: Simpana;
- Experience with  EMC storage environment (CX-380) of Lojas Renner customer;
- I participated of Anglo America client data center migration in Santiago \ Chile working with EMC: Networker backup tool;
- Knowledge transfer to the HCL backup team in person traveling to India's Noida city.

I worked in this function: Storage and Backup Analyst, performing the following activities:
- Administration of the MARS global backup environment sites located in Exton and Mount Oliver (USA);
- Administration and support Libraries models TS3310, 3584 and DELL PV132T;
- Installation and configuration of Storage DS4300 and DS3300 models;
- Implementation, administration and support in IBM software: Tivoli Storage Manager Server, Tivoli Storage Client, Tivoli Data Protection for Oracle, Tivoli Data Protection for SAP, Tivoli Data Protection for SQL on Windows, Linux, AIX and Netware platforms;
- Administration of the Client Backup environment Rio Grande Energia (RGE);
- Support to the TSM and Storage (TS3310, DS4300 and McData 2624 Switch FC) environment of 21 Regional Labor Court (TRT) venues;
- Support for the Backup (TSM) and Storage (TS3310 and DS4300) environment of the Federal Court of Rio Grande do Sul (JFRS);
- Implementation of Disaster Recovery Manager (DRM) in environments that have TSM Extended Edition. 

I worked in the Support Production area at  IBM (Global Comand Center), in the position: Systems Analyst Full, I executed these activities:

-	SAP support and problem determination through Tivoli tools;
-	Performace analysis of the SAP environment (Aplications and DB Server);
-	Locking and unlocking users for changes in the environment;
-	Creation of users, assignment of profiles and release of password; Realization of TRACE for analysis of response time;
-	CLIENT and OSS openings through the SAP.com Website; Monitoring of batch processes (Jobs) in SAP systems; 
-	Execution of monthly and annual closing processes;
-	Transport to the environment using STMS;
-	Removal of LOCKENTRIES in the environment;
-	Registration and maintenance of printers;
-	Stop / Start of SMQR and SMQS queues.

I worked in the Monitoring area for corporate clients of IBM (Global Comand Center), in this occupation: Data Processing Technician II, I performed: Network monitoring and call opening of companies: Votorantin, Springer, Souza Cruz, Varig, Multibras, CPFL and others through Tivoli, Netview, and DPU, CPMA, and Service Center applications.

Working in the Deployment area, with this function: Field Technician and Installation Leader, I performed:

- Catalyst switch Installation, Configuration and Testing (Model 7200 and 3600) for Cisco Systems at Vesper-RJ;
-	Installation, Configuration and Testing of Passport / Nortel (Model 7440 and 7480) to Promon Telecom in these locations: Cotia-SP and Rio de Janeiro-RJ and Telefonica service in several locations in São Paulo;
-	 Relocation, Installation, Configuration and Start-up of the Cisco AS5300 equipment in the Southeast region;
-	Installation, configuration and testing of Stinger / Lucent in several locations in the South;
-	Installation, configuration and testing of Passport (Model 7440 and 7480) in 21 locations in the states of Pará, Roraima and Amazonas in the service of Nortel Networks / Telemar;
-	Installation, ADSL Configuration in Telepar, Telesc, CRT and Equipment Identification and QDF sites.
I also worked in the area of Project Engineering, I realized:

-	Project definition (Passport/Nortel product).
