What you’ll be doing As an Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor for an entertainment company, you will.
Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries Provide account and application support to viewers namely about software functionality Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client.

Are native or proficient in Italian (C2) and fluent in English (B2) Are passionate about the entertainment and media industry Demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices Have a positive and can-do attitude If you feel you don’t check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
