As a Technical Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues associated with products and services for a well-known entertainment brand.

Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
A valid Portuguese work permit (required).

850€ gross per month, along with a 50€ tech bonus, a 200€ language bonus, and a 120€ performance bonus.
