Descrição da Função.
Com o intuito de apoiar um cliente da Logicalis Portugal, procuramos um Support Technician que irá desempenhar as seguintes funções.
- Preparação de máquinas para utilizadores; - Resolução de incidentes; - Monitorização de infraestruturas de produção; - Análise e identificação de problemas.
Competências e Experiência Necessária.
• Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática / telecomunicações (valorizado) • 12ª ano ou equivalente (obrigatório).
• Experiência mínima de 3 anos de Suporte ao Utilizador; • Conhecimentos das tecnologias Microsoft (Windows, Office 365, Ative Directory, Exchange); • Experiência em gestão de contas, criação de caixas de e-mails, permissões e níveis de acesso, pastas e impressoras partilhadas; • Conhecimentos gerais em redes IP e respetivos serviços (IP, DNS, DHCP..); • Certificação ou especialização em Microsoft ou Cisco ou outros fabricantes (valorizado) • Bons conhecimentos de Inglês.
