SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT FOR DIVERSE PLATFORMS

We're in need of a savvy Social Media Manager to help us amplify our presence across several platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and implement strategies tailored to each unique social media platform to expand our brand awareness - Generate leads and establish strategies to facilitate client engagements - Creative content creation and social media monitoring Ideal Candidate.
We're primarily targeting professionals and businesses that cater to consumers.
Our ideal candidate has considerable social media management experience, with a focus on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
They should have a proven track record in driving brand awareness, engaging with audiences, and lead generations for a creative agency or similar establishments.
Agile thinking, creativity, and solid communication skills are also key factors on this role.
Additionally- Based in Chicago preferred The Social Media Intern will be responsible for managing and executing all social media activities related JOE (Juan and Only) clients and Events.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED) Manage the social media strategy for Juan and Only across Twitter Facebook, Google+, YouTube and other social media properties as needed Execution of all social media activities - planning, launching, drafting, monitoring, optimizing, etc.
- for Juan and Only Events Use creative means to plan, organize, and implement a range of social media programs, campaigns and/or events that drive site traffic and engagement, brand awareness as well as interest in Juan and Only Contribute to and regularly update social media properties such as Linked In, Tic Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and others Tweeting daily while engaging influencers to increase the followership of Juan and Only Posting on Facebook daily and exploring new ways to leverage Facebook for business purposes Building a strong presence on Google+, making the most of SEO to assist Juan and Only Events Develop content calendar Listen to and monitor all social media outlets - pages, sites, blogs - on a daily basis and post/respond on particular topics or in response to other posts/comments Build / convey sense of community for Juan and Only Events; build following based on innovative content and sharing Use alerts, search and other tools to monitor progress Grow followers, likes and other key indicators of success Communicate in a professional, but unique social media “voice”, directly aligned with Juan and Only Events brand tenets and strategy Implement Social Media tactics aligned with Juan and Only Events strategies Conduct social media competitive analysis on key Juan and Only LLC competitors Stay ahead of the curve in leveraging all social media to further the Juan and Only Events strategy and help the business achieve its goals JOB REQUIREMENTS • College focus on Marketing or Journalism preferred or very knowledgeable on Social media • 2+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience with all major social media platforms – Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube • Verifiable examples of social media marketing successes • Impeccable attention to detail • Exceptional business writing skills and can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content.
