You will support Germanspeaking clients of the biggest social media platform in the world.
Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to companys clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses as social media content creators.
What you will be doing.
Supporting content creators and influencers in various social media platforms; Subscription Management Account Management Technical Troubleshooting; Processing inquiries from new and existing customers (small and mediumsized businesses) via telephone email and live chat; No sales involved; Supporting the customers after they purchased services; Independent and proactive solution finding using the constantly available knowledge base; Requirements.
Fluency in German Communicative level of English language (B2) Ability to communicate clearly and effectively What we offer.
Base salary.
gross Productivity bonus of up to 500 gross Accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon (discounted) Initial contract with a duration of 12 months permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) Private Health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance) FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES.
