OUR ROLEWe are looking for a talented Service Manager (German Speaker) to join our teams in Lisbon.
There is the possibility of 100% remote work, in Portugal.
n this role you will be responsible for.
ollaborate with Business Units to ensure customer satisfaction;Manage budget and report to the service owner;Monitoring and reporting of service delivery;Suggest improvements for optimizations of the service in terms of performance, adaptability, reliability, and cyber security;Incident Management;Understand requirements and business needs;Regular alignment and touchpoints with all involved stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILEBetween 3 to 6 years of proven relevant professional experience in global IT operations;Experience building IT solutions or operating IT solutions from a service perspective;Experience monitoring and reporting KPIs and setting up SLA concepts;Project management skills and experience working with technical teams;Cybersecurity knowledge;Certification in ITIL is a plus;Fluency in English;Fluency in German;Embody Capgemini’s values of Boldness, Trust, and Team Spirit, promoting collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and high-quality software delivery.
