We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to help us generate leads and secure contracts with offices and commercial establishments in the Dublin area.
Responsibilities.
Identify and prospect potential clients who may require cleaning services, focusing on offices, commercial buildings, and retail establishments.
Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to introduce our services and secure meetings with decision-makers.
Present our cleaning services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of working with our company.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the cleaning services industry or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate our services effectively and build rapport with potential clients.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of the Dublin market and familiarity with local businesses and industries is a plus.
