In this role you will be responsible for answering customer queries over the phone and email and providing potential customers with detailed information about our products.
Tasks Process insurance policy administration or cancellation requests.
Reissue policy documentation where required.
Identify investigate and escalate complex issues appropriately by prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters.
Manage complex complaints professionally and timely.
Mediate between hosts & guests for reservation concerns such as of alterations cancellations and resolution centre requests and be able to decide on the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
Demonstrate ownership of user issues concerns and queries until resolution or escalation.
Process responsible losses to provide the best resolution/support to the user while compiling standard workflows.
Recognise product and process issues that impact our community and submit reports and feedback.
Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on clients systems Requirements Fluent in German language Working proficiency in English Previous experience in customer support is essential.
