PRODUCTION SUPPORT – SYSTEM MONITORING TECHNICIAN

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective monitoring and maintenance of our production information systems.
Responsibilities.
Work with Build teams for product installations.
Collaborate with Delivery Project Managers on delivery projects.
Assist with operational analysis and problem resolution.
Coordinate with the Client Services Manager on customer-specific configurations.
Engage with the ITCS team for technical infrastructure setup and monitoring.
Main Activities.
Monitor production and acceptance environments, technical environments, and networks.
Escalate alerts and ensure system availability and backups.
Analyze risks and impacts of changes, define operating procedures, and communicate incident reports.
Maintain business and technical components, pilot external partners, and manage and optimize the Information System (IS).

Linux, Windows, and IBM i5 systems Shell scripting SQL language Databases.
Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server TCP/IP Additional Skills.
