Responsibilities.
- The execution of Local and Regional Sourcing (RFI, RFP and Proposal analysis) and contracting activities - The operationalization of category-strategies - The management of expiring contracts, contract templates, contract repository, catalogs.
- The delivery of relevant value-creation/saving targets - The management and improvement of the end-to-end Source to Settle process (including escalations related to Purchase-orders, invoicing and payments) - The management of supplier on-boarding escalations and monitoring of Third Party Duediligence refreshes - The execution of Third Party Spend Analytics, reporting and data clean-up - The Engagement and Management of stakeholders to ensure that the Procurement function continues to be seen as a strategic business partner - The monitoring of Procurement Process Compliance acting as a Sourcing and Contracting Process Skils.
Education.
BS in Procurement or Business or Finance or related field.
5 years Procurement working experience Market-knowledge across indirect categories and experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.
Sourcing and contract- Management skills Strong analytical skills Advanced Stakeholder partnering skills Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
Communication, presentation and influencing skills Creative, self-starter and bias for action.
English and Portuguese language fluency (French mandatory for one of the roles, German preferable for the other).
