Untersttze Kunden bei der Einrichtung des Produkts bei der Fehlersuche und bei der Nutzung.
Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen Rcksendungen und Umtausch.
Sicherstellung einer ausgezeichneten Kundenzufriedenheit durch Beantwortung von Anfragen Lsung von Problemen und Bereitstellung von technischer Untersttzung auf angemessene und freundliche Weise.
Requirements Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und mindestens C1Niveau in Englisch Eine gltige portugiesische Arbeitserlaubnis (erforderlich) Du lebst in Lissabon oder bist bereit fr eine internationale Karriere und Lebenserfahrung nach Lissabon umzuziehen Du bist stets auf dem neuesten Stand in Bezug auf Trends und Praktiken in den sozialen Medien Belastbarkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Inhalten emotionale Reife und professionelle Gelassenheit Motivation und Engagement um die zugewiesenen Aufgaben effektiv zu erfllen Begeisterung fr interkulturelle Kommunikation und fr den Lebensstil im Ausland Benefits Art des Vertrags.
