We're looking for a junior account executive - Portuguese speaker for our sales team to present (COMPANY NAME) as a leading solution for the CRM needs of our trial prospects.

* Seeks to meet sales quota * Understands basic business concepts, structures, and processes * Conducts consultative conversations with in trial customers by asking key questions to understand their businesses and needs * Performs demonstrations to show the value of (COMPANY NAME)'s solutions * Contacts customers to follow-up and offer appropriate solutions to ensure that their needs have been correctly and effectively met * Searches for business opportunities and trends in a proactive manner, and effectively applies this knowledge in the job * Learns about (COMPANY NAME) to become a specialist in order to be able to provide the right fit solutions to solve customers' problems * Creates loyal (COMPANY NAME) clients by performing outbound calls of prospective and current trial customers * Understands how to interact with team members, owning the appropriate tools for collective development * Track and document sales based conversations and activities in our internal (COMPANY NAME) system Does this sound like you? * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Fluency in Portuguese * You're extremely well organized, with great attention to detail * You're customer and results-oriented * An excellent collaborator with a goal-oriented, can-do mindset * Strong active listening and questioning abilities * A team player and problem solver with a competitive attitude * Competent negotiation skills and highly empathetic (COMPANY NAME) is an equal opportunity employer.
