• Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all offshore services for CGI’s customers.
• Provide L3 production support for clients which involves analysis, bug fixing etc • Handle migration and patching activities for O/S servers, application servers, middleware’s, DB servers etc • Coordinate with onshore team and agencies for day to day activities • Flexible to support on shift/weekends.
• Enhancements/Customization of the product based on client requirement Primary Location should be Bangalore (open for Relocation) Primary Skill.
Exp- 7 to 10yrs Location- Bangalore • Excellent Java Knowledge • Excellent LinuxKnowledge • Medium exposure to SQL • Leading a small team (Applicable for Senior Software Engineers) Primary Soft Skill.
Mandatory • Professional good verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory) • Logical reasoning and analytical skills.

Good Linux/Unix knowledge Good exposure in DB – Oracle.
