Descrição/Funções.
Your main responsabilities will be.
Deliver comprehensive training programs, including new employee orientation and ongoing professional development, to meet the evolving needs of our staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver training solutions that exceed expectations, promoting a culture of quality service and customer satisfaction; • Transfers knowledge of training and learning methodologies to build a culture of learning and development; • Demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, displaying initiative, effort, and commitment to completing assignments efficiently and effectively; • Conduct training through new materials; • Test and review created materials; • Able to give and receive feedback effectively; • Evaluates training effectiveness, documents participant progress, and communicates findings to relevant manager.
Requisitos.
You will need the following competencies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; • Ability to engage with employees at all levels; • Team player • Familiarity with learning management solutions and proficiency in utilizing digital systems and tools for both virtual and onsite training; • Able to prioritize workload, self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines; • Excellent decision making and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated to take initiative to find solutions; • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills; • Good time-management skills; • Willingness to travel in case of external training.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, Training, HR, or equivalent work experience • Knowledge of learning theories and principles including adult learning theory • 1+ year of experience in managing training and development initiatives.
• English min B2 mandatory • Additional Language skills (native/C2).
• Italian + French Oferece-se.
