This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to the success of our ecommerce operations in Lisbon.

Responsibilities.
Service Coordination.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Italianspeaking customers addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the ecommerce process.
Order Management.
Manage order processing tracking and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve any orderrelated issues.
Customer Support.
Provide proactive and responsive support to Italianspeaking customers via email chat and phone addressing product inquiries order status updates and returns or exchanges.
Communication Liaison.
Facilitate effective communication between Italianspeaking customers and internal departments such as sales marketing and logistics to streamline operations and resolve issues efficiently.
Documentation and Reporting.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions order details and issue resolutions.
Generate reports on service metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications.
Fluent in Italian with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service ecommerce or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
