Role Overview.
As an ItalianSpeaking Platform Safety Representative you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and maintaining the safety and integrity of our platform.
Your responsibilities will include.
Reviewing usergenerated content in Italian to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
Identifying and addressing violations including hate speech harassment and inappropriate content in a timely and effective manner.
Responding to user inquiries and concerns related to safety and moderation issues providing support and assistance as needed.
Collaborating closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for improving platform safety and enhancing user experience.
Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in online safety and moderation and contributing to ongoing efforts to evolve our safety protocols.
Qualifications.
Fluency in Italian with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret complex information effectively.
While prior experience in content moderation or online safety is beneficial it is not mandatory.
We welcome candidates with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Familiarity with digital platforms and online community dynamics is an asset.
