Would you like to know more? We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Intern to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for all things related to IT support within our company.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all employees have the technical assistance they need for their day-to-day operations, making their work life smoother and more efficient.
As our IT Support Intern, you'll be handling a variety of tasks, from troubleshooting software and hardware issues to assisting in the setup of new systems and applications.
You'll work closely with individuals across all departments, providing you with a unique opportunity to learn about the ins and outs of our company while honing your communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide timely and friendly IT support to employees, addressing and resolving issues related to computers, software applications, and other technology tools; Assist in setting up hardware and software for new employees, ensuring they have everything they need from day one; Contribute to IT-related projects, including the installation of new IT systems and the maintenance of existing infrastructure; Collaborate with various teams to understand their technical requirements and offer support that enhances their productivity; Keep detailed records of IT issues and resolutions, contributing to our knowledge base and improving our overall IT support process.
Which profile are we looking for? We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, with a passion for helping others and making technology accessible to everyone; Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective resolution; A proactive problem-solver, eager to learn new technologies and troubleshoot complex issues; A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and learning from colleagues.
What else do you need to know? This position requires remote work from Portugal or relocation to Portugal as a mandatory requirement.
An internship contract with a duration of 12 months.
An internship grant + meal allowance will be provided.
An amazing experience within an international environment.
Monday to Friday access to a nice co-working office in Lisbon! Required availability of 40 hours a week.
This internship is a wonderful chance to gain hands-on experience in the IT field, develop your problem-solving skills, and make a tangible impact on the daily operations of our company.
