Customer service abilities.
Quick learning attitude.
Prior experience in handling travellers.
Capability to work effectively under pressure.
Problem-solving attitude.
Proficiency in the English language.
Availability to stay with us for a minimum period of four months.
TASKS.
Providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests including front of house but also dealing with general office duties, (emails, bookings, payments) to ensure the smooth running of the reception.
To perform tasks related to the front of house operations.
Efficiently and politely handle customer complaints seeking solutions together with your peers.
To assist in keeping the hotel clean together with WOT cleaning ninjas staff.
Attend all training as required.
Engage with travellers, receive their orders, and deliver beverages and refreshments in accordance with WOT protocols.
Offering all WOT experiences to travellers But mainly Assure that all customers get the WOT experience.
WORKING HOURS.
35 hours per week LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE.
English B2/C1 FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION.
