BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package - Experience in Erasmus program,bookings and sales is considered a plus.
- Ability to organize and prioritize - Ability to think outside the box and be open to new challenges TASKS.
Handle calls from erasmus students with service standards and procedures Provide relevant information to erasmus students Assist Erasmus students with their online bookings Participate in specific operational projects where required Schedule and conduct video calls and visits with people all around the world WORKING HOURS.
35 hours per week LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE.
English B2/C1 FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION.
