A sua nova função Tarefas core do serviço de atendimento ao cliente Inbound através de Chat; Tarefas no âmbito do apoio ao cliente.
O que necessita para ser bem sucedido 12º Ano concluído, sendo valorizada formação superior em áreas como serviço ao cliente, comunicação ou gestão; Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente (preferencial); Forte ética de trabalho e profissionalismo; Proatividade e iniciativa para melhorar continuamente a qualidade do serviço prestado; Resiliência e capacidade para manter a serenidade e o profissionalismo sob pressão; Experiência comprovada em atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente num ambiente de contact center; Capacidade de compreender e responder às necessidades dos clientes, excedendo as suas expectativas; Capacidade para comunicar de forma clara e eficiente, mantendo um tom profissional e empático; Facilidade em identificar rapidamente problemas e em encontrar soluções eficazes, assegurando a satisfação do cliente; Gestão de Tempo e Multitarefa.
Capacidade para gerir múltiplas conversas de chat em simultâneo, mantendo um elevado padrão de serviço; Empatia e Paciência.
Aptidão para perceber as situações e necessidades dos clientes, oferecendo um serviço cuidadoso e personalizado; Familiaridade com Tecnologia.
Conhecimento em ferramentas de chat; Trabalho em Equipa.
Disponibilidade para colaborar em equipa, partilhando conhecimentos e apoiando os colegas na consecução dos objetivos comuns; Flexibilidade e Adaptabilidade.
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários flexíveis conforme necessário; Língua Estrangeira.
Conhecimentos de inglês serão altamente valorizados.
