MANPOWERGROUP, world leader in Human Resources services and specialist in Contact Center Management is recruiting Customer Support Assistants, fluent in German.
The Customer Support Consultant is the agent responsible for handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email and chat, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to our customers.
Main responsibilities.
• Handle all telephone calls in line with service standards and procedures; • Assist customers with specialist support and after sales service such as booking changes, purchasing additional services, and special requests; • Provide relevant information to customers in order to improve customer service and loyalty; • Assist customers with their online bookings and other web enquiries; • Inform customers about web features and content; • Assist with internal support and training of new staff when required; • Participate in specific operational projects where required.
What we are looking for.
• Fluent in German (English language skills are considered an advantage); • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package; • Experience in the travel industry, either in retail operations or in air tours/bookings, is considered a plus.
• Ability to organize and prioritize; • Ability to work flexibly to business needs and under pressure; • Ability to think outside the box and be open to new challenges; • Flexibility to attend supplier training and/or education events; • Schedule flexibility.
• Appropriate working environment and conditions at home (space with privacy to work 8h day without noise); • Fiber internet service (mandatory); What we offer.
