Position Overview.
As a Remote GermanSpeaking Insurance Customer Service Representative youll assist our Germanspeaking clients from your home in Portugal.
Your responsibilities will include providing support addressing inquiries and managing concerns related to insurance policies and claims.
Key Responsibilities.
Customer Assistance.
Provide prompt and professional assistance to Germanspeaking customers via phone email and chat platforms addressing their insurancerelated queries and issues.
Policy Management.
Assist clients with tasks related to policies such as updates changes and renewals ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Claims Processing.
Guide clients through the claims process gather necessary information and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient claim resolution.
Product Knowledge.
Develop a thorough understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively educate clients and meet their insurance needs.
Issue Resolution.
Resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely manner striving for high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications.
Fluency in German.
Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written German to communicate effectively with our Germanspeaking clientele.
Customer Service Skills.
Possess strong customer service skills including active listening empathy and effective problemsolving.
Attention to Detail.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in accurately recording and documenting customer information.
ProblemSolving Abilities.
Exhibit strong problemsolving skills and critical thinking to address customer issues efficiently.

Be adaptable and open to learning new tools and processes to succeed in a remote work environment as an insurance customer service representative.
