Position Overview.
As a Remote GermanSpeaking Insurance Customer Service Representative youll have the opportunity to assist our Germanspeaking clients from the comfort of your home in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities.
Customer Assistance and Support.
Provide prompt and professional assistance to Germanspeaking customers via phone email and chat addressing their insurancerelated inquiries and concerns.
Policy Management.

Claims Processing.

Issue Resolution.

Qualifications.
Fluency in German.
Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken German to effectively communicate with our Germanspeaking clientele.
Customer Service Skills.
