training is provided As a Customer Support Representative, you will help customers in any situation and resolve their concerns or escalate them to higher levels of support.
Support is provided via incoming calls, chat and email, in German.
Your tasks.
Processing customer inquiries in German; Customer contact via telephone, chat and email; Processing inquiries from corporate customers (B2B); Assistance with questions about programs such as Acrobat Reader, Captivate, Creative Cloud, Dreamweaver, Framemaker, InDesign, Photoshop, Presenter and much more.
Technical troubleshooting; Customer Account Management.

Standard salary of gross per month Working hours.
