Your Role as a Customer Support Agent.
Help German-speaking hoteliers achieve absolute happiness using our client's cutting-edge software! As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide telephone as well as e-mail support and therefore ensure that the clients maximize the potential of their software.
You will train hoteliers to excel in using the software and maintain exceptional customer service levels.
