Our client is a renowned company located in Braga.
Tasks.
- Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email and chat, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to customers; - Managing pending situations.
exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues; - Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.
Profile.
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in French; - Level B2 in English; - Previous experience in Customer Service is valued; - Good computer and internet skills; - Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer oriented; - Flexibility and resilience.

Work At Home - Braga Available Schedules.
1.
Monday to Friday between 7am and 5h30pm (rotational shifts) | Days off.
Weekends 2.
Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm (rotational shifts) and Saturday from 8am to 3pm | Days off.
Sunday + 1 Rotational Day 3.
Monday to Saturday between 7am and 8pm (rotational shifts) | Days off.
