Descrição da oferta de emprego
Reportando diretamente à Direção de Gestão de Clientes, terás como principais responsabilidades:
- Gestão de carteira de Clientes, assegurar a execução dos serviços contratados, de acordo com os termos contratuais e níveis de serviço;
- Responder a pedidos de informação e suporte de forma clara e esclarecedora, tendo como principal objetivo a oferta de uma excelente experiência com o Cliente, quer seja pelo contacto escrito ou telefónico;
- Trabalhar com equipas internas e parceiros para assegurar uma resolução rápida e de alta qualidade;
- Resolução de problemas e apresentar soluções eficazes e eficientes;
- Apoiar na definição de ações preventivas e corretivas que abordem situações problemáticas, detetadas durante o serviço em curso;
- Compreender os objetivos de negócio do cliente, antecipar as suas necessidades apresentando soluções adequadas.
Requisitos do trabalho
Perfil
- 12º ano ou Licenciatura em área relevante para as funções descritas;
- Experiência 2-3 anos na área da gestão de clientes;
- Domínio de inglês falado e escrito (Eliminatório);
- Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas;
- Orientação para o cliente e para a qualidade;
- Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office.
