LHEA – Lifelong Health Education Association is recruiting to fill a position in a new project dedicated to Health Education aimed at national and foreign health professionals.
Educational Programs’ Support (F/M) LHEA is a private association founded by Nova Medical School, José de Mello Saúde, Associação Nacional das Farmácias, Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa and Câmara Municipal de Cascais.
The pr oject’s mission is to anticipate the future of Health and Health Care and generate and share knowledge to enable health professionals to excel in their performance benefiting the health of individuals and populations.
LHEA operates under the AHED brand.
AHED – Advanced Health Education launches a yearly portfolio of courses for health professionals aiming to contribute to the development of their skills and competences.

t Job role To support the execution of the educational portfolio on the field ensuring participants and faculty satisfaction.
This position reports to the Educational Programs’ Coordinator.
Main Tasks.
1,Support course coordinators and faculty members in the execution of educational courses or events 2 Interact closely with course participants during all phases of their contact with AHED – Advanced Health Education Application process Providing access to e-learning platform Assure comfort and enjoyment throughout the duration of the educational course or event Validate participants have completed the course evaluation when applicable Award certification of participation 3.
ssure the logistics of each educational course or event to guarantee that all scheduling of the program is executed flawlessly.
a.
Ensure that the e-learning platform reflects up-to-date course materials and that participants have received access to the materials.
b.
Ensure that faculty member’s accommodation and transportation needs are met.
c.
Ensure that the location and facilities where the educational course or event will take place meets the requirements of the program (i.
., necessary technology and equipment, appropriate location for coffee and lunch breaks).
d.
Verify the availability of all necessary audio-visual equipment, course documentation and other materials when specified.
e.
Reserve catering for courses and events when necessary.
Securing that arrival and set-up time is feasible for the program.

onitor activities and collect data Support the accounting department by.
keeping a record of the costs incurred during the planning of the course, request and review invoices from vendors.
Keep a log of the decisions made and implemented during the course to aid in the evaluation of performance improvements in future editions.
Keep a log of participants’ experience – key points of satisfaction, as well as problems that occurred and the resolution that took place.
Keep a copy of coordinators’ and faculty members’ presentations.
Verify that the activities of the educational courses and events are in compliance with the applicable regulations and certifications Skills Applicants must be.
